Editorial Policy

1. Who Publishes This Site
CodeWithYoha is an independent technical publication run by Younes Hamdane, a full-stack software engineer working with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). It is not affiliated with any employer, vendor, or platform mentioned in its articles. You can read more about the author.
2. How Articles Are Produced
We are transparent about our process. Article topics are selected by hand from a curated list of subjects relevant to working Java, cloud, and DevOps engineers. Drafts are then produced with the assistance of generative AI tooling, and published under the CodeWithYoha name rather than under an individual byline, because no single article is the work of one person alone.
We use AI assistance the way many publications use research assistants and drafting tools: to move faster on structure and first drafts. It does not remove our responsibility for what gets published. Every article carries the CodeWithYoha name, and we stand behind the content under that name.
3. What We Aim For
Articles are written for engineers who ship production systems. Where an article includes code, configuration, or commands, they are intended to be runnable and to reflect current, supported versions of the technology described. Where an article compares approaches, it aims to state the trade-offs rather than declare a single winner.
4. Accuracy and Corrections
Technology moves quickly, and no automated or human process is free of error. If you find something on this site that is wrong, outdated, or misleading, please tell us at codewithyoha@gmail.com or through the contact form. We correct or unpublish articles that are shown to be inaccurate, and articles carry a visible publication date so you can judge how current they are.
5. Advertising and Independence
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense to cover hosting and running costs. Advertisers have no input into what we publish, and no article is written, altered, or withheld at the request of an advertiser. Ads are labelled and served by Google; we do not choose the individual ads you see. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
If an article ever includes a sponsored mention or an affiliate link, that relationship will be disclosed within the article itself.
